E365 -- Hurricane winds day in Dubai, forcing organisers to cancel the programme for the day. There was practically a riot by the bloodthirsty fans of the mega-extreme event in Africa's east coast. However, the panic abated, and the event took place in front of a capacity 14 000 people last night!
For the first time since the beginning of the annual event, MotoX champions Cameron Sinclair, Joel Balchin, Steve Mini, Jake Bowen and Rhys Hiller able to hit the mega-ramps for some pretty sweet tricks.
But it wasn't until the skaters, inline skaters and BMXers took to the halfpipe that the crowd went mental.
"The final day of the ESPM X Games Dubai 2006 has been amazing. Despite the challenging weather on day two, today has seen fantastic crowds that are embracing the athletes and our sponsors - a great testimony to the strength of the X Games brand and action sports in the region," said John Gassner, Senior Director of the International X Games.

The event was capped off by a vert show highlighted by Takeshi Yasutoko's double flat spin, and a sick fireworks display on the Dubai Creek.
